What we build

Demo, framing, plumbing and electrical coordination, tile, cabinetry, trim and finish work all run through the same crew, so nobody is waiting on a subcontractor who never shows. Most of our work sits within a short drive of the shop in Sleepy Hollow, which is why we can get back to a homeowner the same week.

Walkthrough
We come out, look at the space, and talk through what you want and what the house will allow. Free, and no pressure to sign anything that day.

Written estimate
You get the scope and the number in writing, line by line, so you can see where the money goes. Financing is available if you would rather spread it out.
- 03
Build
One crew runs the job start to finish. We protect floors, keep the site swept, and tell you before anything noisy or disruptive happens.
- 04
Walk it together
We walk the finished room with you and fix the punch list before we call it done. Bathroom remodels are covered by a one year warranty on our work.

The shop is on Beekman Avenue in Sleepy Hollow, a few minutes off Route 9. River towns are a short run for us, so a same week estimate is normal rather than a favour. If your town is not on the list, call and ask. If it is a drive we can make and a job we can do properly, we will tell you straight.

If you are still deciding between a refresh and a full gut, say so on the call. We would rather price both honestly than talk you into the bigger job. Financing is there if the timing works better spread out, and we can put the start date on the calendar once the scope is settled.
